- Assist with discovery and organize medical evidence for trial
- Serve and file legal papers in state and federal courts, including electronic filing
- Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
- Organize and prepare case materials for attorney use in court
- Experience managing personal injury or similar case files
- Familiarity with claims adjusters and medical records handling
- Knowledge of court rules and discovery deadlines
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and administrative skills
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software preferred
