We’re working with a rapidly growing company in Framingham that is ready to bring on an Office Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a newly created role where you’ll wear a few hats, a mix of office management, operations support, and front desk coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the office in top shape
- Greeting visitors and helping with meeting setup
- Assisting with travel coordination and making sure everything on the backend runs like clockwork
- Supporting the team with whatever’s needed to keep operations moving smoothly
- 1–3 years of office or admin experience you’re organized, proactive, and reliable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Positive, approachable, and down-to-earth no task too small mindset
