Office Coordinator – Framingham, MA

Direct Hire | $50K–$60K | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We’re working with a rapidly growing company in Framingham that is ready to bring on an Office Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a newly created role where you’ll wear a few hats, a mix of office management, operations support, and front desk coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping the office in top shape
  • Greeting visitors and helping with meeting setup
  • Assisting with travel coordination and making sure everything on the backend runs like clockwork
  • Supporting the team with whatever’s needed to keep operations moving smoothly

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of office or admin experience you’re organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Positive, approachable, and down-to-earth no task too small mindset
