Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and document coordination
- Maintain electronic and physical corporate and real estate files
- Assist with drafting, proofreading, and organizing legal documents
- Communicate professionally with clients, municipalities, registries, and financial institutions
- Support attorneys with filings, transaction materials, and closing documents
- Handle general office tasks, billing assistance, and time entry
- 1–3 years of administrative or legal support experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with document management systems
