Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s chief legal advisor, providing counsel on strategy, operations, and governance.
- Develop and oversee corporate legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management programs.
- Lead contract strategy and negotiation across customer, vendor, and partnership relationships.
- Manage corporate governance, entity management, and securities compliance.
- Advise on employment law, privacy, and intellectual property protection.
- Oversee outside counsel and ensure efficient, cost-effective legal support.
- Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, capital raising, and commercial expansion.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
- 8 years of progressive legal experience, including in-house exposure within a technology or SaaS company.
- Strong foundation in commercial transactions, data privacy, employment law, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business guidance.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
