Lead & Pipeline Generation
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to pipeline goals
- Manage inbound lead flow and optimize for quality and conversion
- Monitor funnel performance and identify areas for improvement
- Own website strategy, messaging, and conversion architecture
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates (CTAs, forms, landing pages)
- Ensure messaging aligns with customer ROI and value drivers
- Execute SEO strategy to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Optimize content to drive inbound conversion
- Support visibility across emerging AI-driven search channels
- Manage paid search (Google, Bing) and paid social (Meta/Facebook) campaigns
- Optimize budget allocation for pipeline efficiency and ROI
- Develop account-based paid strategies aligned with target accounts
- Partner with Sales (BDRs and AEs) to improve lead quality and conversion
- Align campaigns with account-based marketing strategies
- Support integrated outbound inbound marketing efforts
- Own performance tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Build dashboards and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Monitor CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign execution and content creation
- Test and scale AI-driven workflows across marketing channels
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and campaign processes
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot (required)
- Paid search (Google Ads, Bing)
- Paid social (Meta/Facebook)
- SEO and website optimization (CRO)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize for performance
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue metrics
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in vertical SaaS or operational industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, field services)
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, SEMrush, or similar platforms
