A well-established financial services company in Auburn, ME is hiring two Client Service Representatives to join their customer service team.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound client calls related to payroll, paychecks, billing, and account questions
- Process payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Research and resolve client/system issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
- Support payroll reconciliations as needed
- Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience (banking/teller experience a plus)
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking skills
- Team player with a professional demeanor
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Payroll experience not required (but a plus)
- Open to recent graduates with relevant internships
