What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from clients regarding payroll, paychecks, and billing
• Research and resolve issues with a high level of accuracy
• Process payroll data and support account updates
• Maintain confidential client records
• Partner with your team to ensure excellent client service
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience (call center, banking, retail, or hospitality)
• Comfortable on the phone (this is a phone-heavy role)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
