Full Time | Direct Hire

Pay: $22-30/HR depending on experience

Our client, a busy criminal law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support their team! This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced legal environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys through all stages of case work.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a dynamic caseload with shifting priorities. Prior experience in criminal law is important, along with a strong understanding of court processes and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of criminal matters from intake through resolution
• Assist with drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents
• Maintain and track case deadlines, court dates, and key milestones
• Organize and manage discovery materials, including reports and evidentiary documents
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and outside agencies
• Assist in preparing materials for hearings, trials, and client meetings
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a paralegal role with exposure to criminal law preferred
• Familiarity with criminal court procedures and legal terminology
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
