Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting a range of legal documents, including estate planning and related materials.
- Support probate and estate administration processes, including preparation and filing of court documents.
- Assist with trust administration tasks, including asset transfers and record tracking.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and third parties to gather information.
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure timely filings.
- Provide general case management and administrative support to attorneys.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of paralegal or relevant legal support experience (practice area flexible).
- Familiarity with legal documentation and court procedures; probate or estate experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal/document management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
