Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders daily with precise accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and services.
- Communicate with customers through phone, video calls, and email.
- Partner with Sales, Planning, Import/Export, International Operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs.
- Follow up on open items and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP (transitioning to Salesforce).
- Identify and resolve order issues while providing a positive customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- 6 months of customer service, order management, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.
- B2B or international customer support experience preferred.
