A growing New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding team! Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of cases, the firm is looking to add attorneys who are passionate about advocating for clients and managing active caseloads while enjoying significant autonomy, support, and earning potential.

Personal Injury Responsibilities:

• Client counseling and case strategy
• Negotiations with insurance carriers
• Discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Settlement negotiations and mediation
• Court appearances and litigation support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  
  

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Bar admission required; Maine Massachusetts admissions are a plus
• 3 years of attorney experience
• Personal Injury experience preferred
• Civil litigation experience will also be considered
• Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a practice
• Strong communication, advocacy, negotiation, and client service skills
• Attorneys with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply, though a portable book is not required
