Location: Manchester, NH or Portsmouth, NH | Hybrid schedule combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Note: Applicants must have 4 years of employment law experience and be admitted to the New Hampshire Bar (or eligible to waive in). Candidates with private practice experience are preferred, though qualified attorneys from in-house, government, or public interest backgrounds will also be considered.

Job Description
- Advise employers on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Handle employment litigation from case strategy through resolution.
- Draft and review employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment-related documents.
- Counsel clients on wage and hour compliance, hiring practices, workplace investigations, and day-to-day HR issues.
- Conduct workplace training, including harassment prevention programs.
- Assist clients with crisis response and employment risk management.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Participate in business development and professional networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active New Hampshire Bar license or ability to waive into New Hampshire.
- 4 years of employment law experience.
- Experience advising employers on employment compliance matters.
- Employment litigation experience.
- Experience drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies.
- Knowledge of wage and hour laws and employer hiring guidance.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, communication, and client service skills.
- Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus.
- Crisis response and risk management experience is a plus.
