What You’ll Do
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct depositions (taking and defending)
- Handle discovery, case strategy, and motion practice
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Perform legal research and support trial preparation
- Collaborate with partners on complex litigation strategy
- 1–3 years of civil litigation experience
- Admission to the Rhode Island Bar required
- Experience in RI state and federal courts preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Experience with depositions and discovery strongly preferred
- Self-starter with strong litigation instincts
