Responsibilities
- Own the payroll process utilizing UKG while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching initiatives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and ongoing benefits support.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Support HR reporting, HRIS management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship while helping build and develop the HR function.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong payroll experience with UKG preferred.
- Experience managing employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
- Ability to build HR processes and partner with leaders across the organization.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
