Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Leone Law, LLC, located in Warwick, RI, with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting and arguing motions, preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients, and assisting with trials and trial preparation.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of personal injury and wrongful death litigation
- Strong and compassionate communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage tasks for multiple complex cases and work collaboratively with our team
- Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, with admission to practice in Massachusetts a plus
- Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side in personal injury or wrongful death litigation is highly desirable
