Audette, Audette & Violette is seeking a motivated associate attorney to join our workers' compensation and personal injury departments.
This position requires frequent Court appearances and deposition work. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by client contact, medical records review, negotiating and setting claims and advocating for clients very regularly in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for our clients which is central to our firm's philosophy. Must be a motivated individual who can work and adapt in very busy and fast-paced environments in a high case volume firm.
Pay commensurate with experience, if any.
Responsibilities
- Frequent Court appearances on behalf of clients
- Depositions
- Communication with clients daily
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
Must Have Qualifications
- J.D.
- RI bar license
- MA bar license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
