Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $52,000-58,000 annually, paid hourly at $25-28hr hour, with 5 hours of overtime each week at time and a half

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively recruit, interview, and screen potential candidates to fill client job orders, primarily through high-volume phone calls.
- Credential prospective professionals and maintain a pool of available candidates to support the company's staffing needs.
- Build relationships with potential contractors by introducing the company and its services.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidate credentials, and communicate availability to relevant team members.
- Track the status of candidates in the referral pipeline, including client presentations, interviews, and job placements.
- Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
- Perform aggressive follow-up on candidate leads and maintain relationships with local career centers, colleges, and universities.
- Research and develop new referral sources, such as job boards, community organizations, and educational institutions.
- Regularly update and maintain a clear understanding of client needs and work proactively to meet those requirements.
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications from candidates in response to recruitment efforts.
- Utilize and receive training on the company's software system, Next Recruiter, and access to LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
- Comfortable with heavy call volume and proactive in making outreach calls.
- Ideal for candidates transitioning from receptionist, administrative, call center, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare and recruiting is preferred but not required.
