About Us
We’re a growing influencer management creative agency representing creators in lifestyle, home, fashion, and beyond! Our team manages partnerships, growth, and campaigns for creators across different tiers, and we’re expanding our roster.
We’re looking for a Creator Recruiter to help us source, outreach, and sign new creators into the agency. This role is commission-based with flat fees per signed creator, giving you direct earning potential based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential creators who fit our agency profile
- Pitch the agency model and secure signed agreements
- Work closely with the founders talent manager to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain high-quality standards for new signings
Compensation
Flat fee per signed creator (paid after the first invoice clears):
- Tier 1 Creator (25% revenue-share, $500/mo base unless $2k in revenue): $200
- Tier 2 Creator – Option 1 ($250/month flat): $150
- Tier 2 Creator – Option 2 ($150/month flat): $100
Bonuses
- $100 bonus if a Tier 1 creator earns $2k in brand deals in their first 90 days
- $250 bonus for every 10 creators signed in a rolling 90-day period
Monthly Earning Potential
- Signing 10 creators/month = $1,000–$2,000 (depending on mix of Tiers)
- High performers can earn $5,000 /month by consistently recruiting Tier 1 creators and hitting bonus thresholds
Who You Are
- Outgoing, persistent, and comfortable with outreach
- Familiar with influencer marketing and social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
- Organized and able to track leads conversions
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
