Estate Settlement Officer
Chandler, AZ | $130,000–$155,000 Performance Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Serve as lead fiduciary contact for estate settlement engagements
- Manage estate administration from initial intake through final closing
- Coordinate with attorneys, beneficiaries, advisors, and tax professionals
- Oversee probate-related processes and fiduciary compliance
- Review estate plans, trusts, wills, and related legal documents
- Manage estate distributions, reporting, and account reconciliation
- Identify and proactively address risk or administration issues
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of estate or trust administration experience
- Strong fiduciary and estate settlement knowledge
- Probate and court coordination experience
- Familiarity with estate tax, fiduciary tax filings, and trust operations
- CTFA preferred; JD or CPA a plus
- High attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to independently manage complex estate matters
