Client Eligibility Specialist | Immediate Interviews
Miami, FL 33174 | Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote) | $18/hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake assessments and eligibility screenings
- Evaluate financial, social, and situational information to determine program qualification
- Connect clients with available resources and supportive services
- Prioritize urgent client cases and assist with triage coordination
- Maintain accurate records, referrals, and case documentation
- Provide professional and empathetic client support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
- MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience within nonprofit organizations, social services, human services, healthcare, or case management strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Case management, benefits coordination, or community outreach experience is highly preferred.
