We are partnering with a well-established, growing manufacturer with a strong national presence to identify a talented Marketing Manager for its Fort Worth headquarters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on marketer who enjoys having real ownership over their work. Rather than managing one small piece of a large marketing department, you will serve as the company's primary marketing resource, working directly with the VP of Sales and a team of approximately 14–15 sales professionals to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support growth, strengthen brand presence, and help drive product sales.

The current Marketing Manager is retiring, creating an opportunity for someone new to step in, learn the business, bring fresh ideas, and make the role their own.

This position is ideal for someone who can think strategically but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and executing.

What You'll Do

As Marketing Manager, you will oversee a diverse mix of traditional, digital, product, and sales-support marketing initiatives.

You will:

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support company sales goals and product visibility.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership and the sales team to create effective marketing and customer-facing materials.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms including Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Develop digital marketing initiatives designed to increase online visibility and support internet sales.
• Create, design, compile, and coordinate marketing materials including:
• Product catalogs
• Advertisements
• Product flyers
• Corporate brochures and collateral
• Sales presentations and PowerPoint decks
• Trade show materials
• Maintain and update the company website, including content and product information.
• Photograph products or coordinate professional photography for use across websites, print materials, trade shows, and customer communications.
• Edit and prepare images for digital and printed marketing applications.
• Develop customer email communications including product announcements, pricing updates, and other sales-related messaging.
• Write product-focused articles and communications for industry and trade publications.
• Manage relationships with printers, marketing vendors, photographers, and other outside suppliers.
• Solicit competitive bids, evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing and service agreements, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain inventory of printed marketing materials and promotional products.
• Identify and source promotional items and branded marketing materials.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is both creative and highly execution-oriented.

The strongest candidates will have experience personally creating and managing marketing initiatives rather than exclusively directing agencies or large internal teams.

Required / Highly Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will also be considered
• Experience supporting B2B, product-based, manufacturing, industrial, construction, distribution, or similar organizations is highly desirable
• Experience creating marketing and sales collateral
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Social media and digital marketing experience
• Website management and/or web design experience
• Ability to create visually engaging marketing materials and presentations
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to independently prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with Sales and company leadership
• Ability to understand technical or product-specific information and translate it into clear, compelling messaging for customers and other audiences
