Seasonal Visitor Service Representative – Washington, DC

Full-Time | Temporary Fall 2026–December 2026, Possibly Longer

Spend the fall and holiday season in the heart of the nation’s capital while creating welcoming, engaging experiences for visitors of all ages.

We are hiring 5 Seasonal Visitor Service Representatives to support operations at the imagiNATIONS Activity Center in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, temporary position beginning in fall 2026 and running through the end of December 2026, with the possibility of an extension depending on operational needs.

Schedule

• 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 days per week
• Weekday and weekend shifts required
• Overtime and holiday shifts may be available

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a high-volume public environment. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with entry flow and wayfinding
• Collecting attendance and zip code data
• Performing light cleaning of high-touch surfaces
• Supporting crowd management and maintaining an organized environment
• Assisting with activities and programs
• Monitoring safety and reporting incidents promptly

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Full availability for the duration of the assignment is required
• The position requires a consistent 5-day-per-week schedule
