About the Role
Key Marketing is hiring a Sales & Leadership Trainee on behalf of our client, Primo Water, to support a customer acquisition campaign in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This entry-level, in-person role is designed for individuals interested in developing sales experience with a path toward future leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Represent Primo Water products and services at partnered retail locations
- Interact directly with customers, explaining available products and services
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Guide interested customers through the sign-up and enrollment process
- Contribute to individual and team performance targets
- Complete a structured training program covering sales technique, product knowledge, and leadership fundamentals
- Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to coaching and team development
- Take on responsibilities related to onboarding and supporting new team members as experience grows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience helpful but not required
- Willingness to complete company-provided training
