Shift: 1st Shift, Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm

The Lee Group is seeking a motivated Product Handler for a reputable distribution client in Newport News, VA. Job Responsibilities of Product Handler:
- Unload and load trucks efficiently and safely
- Pick, pull, and package customer orders to standard
- Label orders with correct order number, weight, and dimensions
- Operate scan guns and warehouse management system (WMS)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow shipping practices
- Move product from storage/staging areas to freight containers
- Keep work area and equipment neat and organized
- Promote and practice safe work habits at all times
- Support and uphold company core values and commitment to customer service
Job Qualifications of Product Handler:
- 1 years of warehouse experience required
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Customer service mindset and team player attitude
- Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in a typical non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Regular standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting required
- Steel-toed boots preferred, but not required
- Casual dress code
