Key Responsibilities of General Laborers
- Perform a range of general labor tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading, sorting, or moving materials
- Support daily warehouse operations
- Safely use hand tools and basic equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders to complete assignments
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and care for tools and equipment
- Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
- Work independently or with a small team to meet daily goals
- Communicate effectively to ensure task completion and safety
What You’ll Need as a General Laborers
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in warehouses, general labor, or similar fields is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
