NOW HIRING: EQUIPMENT OPERATORS (STAND-UP FORKLIFT) – VIRGINIA BEACH, VA
The Lee Group is hiring experienced Equipment Operators (Stand-Up Forklift) for a fast-paced, organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with stable schedules and opportunities for growth.
Pay: $16.80/hour
Shift: Availability from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (additional time based on production needs)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

What You’ll Be Doing as an Equipment Operator (Stand-Up Forklift):
- Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment
- Operate a stand-up forklift in narrow aisles to move inventory
- Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently
- Shrink-wrap outbound pallets for shipment
- Conduct quality checks and verify inventory accuracy
- Perform general warehouse duties based on daily priorities
What We’re Looking For in an Equipment Operator (Stand-Up Forklift):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating stand-up/narrow aisle forklifts
- Minimum of 6 months recent forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable working at elevated heights when necessary
- Strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork
- Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude
