What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted accounting and tax advisor to a diverse client base, supporting them with both day-to-day needs and higher-level guidance. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting client cash management, including bill pay and cash flow oversight
• Designing, improving, and optimizing accounting systems and workflows
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and compilations
• Handling sales tax compliance and related reporting
• Assisting with tax planning, estimates, and proactive client communications
• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, and business entities
• Conducting tax research and documenting technical positions
• Acting as a responsive, thoughtful resource for client questions and problem-solving

What They’re Looking For:

• Active CPA license required
• Solid experience in public accounting or advisory environments
• Strong technical foundation across accounting and taxation
• Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining complex topics clearly
• Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Positive attitude, sense of ownership, and genuine care for others
• Able to balance urgency with accuracy and professionalism
