Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations for a manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain standard reporting packages and KPIs related to productivity, inventory, and capital projects.
- Support month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Partner with plant leadership and corporate finance to drive strategic decision-making and financial transparency.
- Analyze and improve costing methodologies, overhead absorption, and variance reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain, procurement, and operations to support financial planning and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, specifically within manufacturing operations.
- Experience in large, multi-site organizations with global and matrixed structures.
- Strong background in financial systems implementation; familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or similar.
- Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge existing processes and implement improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to serve as a strategic business partner.
