About The Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team supporting a proprietary PACS (Picture Archive Communication System) used in hospitals and clinics. This system stores and manages medical images (X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, etc.) and integrates with physician workflows for diagnosis and reporting.
You will provide Tier 2 technical support for clinical and IT teams, troubleshooting complex issues related to PACS software, virtual Windows servers, Oracle databases, and occasionally workstation hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership of issues from start to resolution, and excellent communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PACS software and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by hospital IT teams and clinical staff, using a structured process of elimination.
- Own customer incidents from initial report through resolution, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and web portal for urgent and non-urgent issues.
- Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Participate in virtual instructor-led training and shadowing during onboarding (6–8 weeks).
- Maintain strong collaboration within the support team and other technical groups.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and command-line operations.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (demonstrates command-line proficiency).
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities.
- Experience in healthcare or medical imaging environments.
- Knowledge of PACS systems or DICOM standards.
