Essential Duties / Responsibilities
The CMM Programmer is responsible for creating, editing, and running coordinate measurement machine (CMM) programs to facilitate the parts inspection process for our internal customers.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
This position includes access or potential access to ITAR technical data. Therefore, candidates will need to qualify as a US Person, which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee in compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

CMM Programmer
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
The CMM Programmer is responsible for creating, editing, and running coordinate measurement machine (CMM) programs to facilitate the parts inspection process for our internal customers.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Create intermediate / advanced CMM Programs using Zeiss Calypso
- Layout / dimensional CMM reports
- Determine conformance of products based on data received from CMM
- Use Micrometer, caliper, depth micrometers, and various other hand tools.
- Perform ballooning of customer prints/drawings
- Create and document a detailed inspection plan
- Ability to develop work instructions for CMM set-up and operation for various programs.
- Participate in the company culture of continuous improvement
- Experience with quality control technologies including coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures, including full knowledge of reading geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

- Can effectively work alongside a cross-functional team to accurately collect and disseminate quality information at all levels of the organization.

- Moderate physical activity such as walking, and lifting is required on a daily basis
