Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
- Take full ownership of a book of business with approximately $650,000 in revenue across 20 accounts.
- Manage middle to large market accounts with premiums ranging from $100,000 to $800,000.
- Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, including gathering quotes, negotiating with carriers, and discussing changes to coverage.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on their insurance needs, ensuring optimal coverage and risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with the assistant team for endorsements and certificates, while stepping in to handle these tasks as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and attention to detail.
- Leverage expertise in Workers’ Compensation and Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines to address client needs.
- Utilize AMS software (transitioning to EPIC) for account management and documentation.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Designations such as CISR, ARM, or CRIS are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of client-facing responsibilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation and E&S lines is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS software; experience with EPIC is a bonus.
