- We are looking for a full-time Account Manager. This position is based out of our Los Angeles office located at Torrance, CA and staff are expected to come to the office 3 days a week. (non negotiable)

- We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You must have at least 3-5 years' insurance account manager experience. Candidates with some college-level coursework, especially in insurance, risk management, or business, are preferred.
- This position requires candidates to have an active CA Property & Casualty license.
- Servicing a Commercial P&C Renewal book of business for existing clients
- Working within our Agency Management System to create marketing submissions, proposals, binders, and Certificates of Insurance, among other tasks
- Working with clients to answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, field phone calls, and more
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires a strong work ethic, close attention to detail, and flexibility. To succeed, you must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and excellent computer skills. Experience with EPIC systems is preferred.
- The base compensation range depending on experience. The incentive structure allows the team to earn a base salary plus bonus potential. Goals are set to align team efforts with corporate objectives.
