Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, building operations, account management, or a related field.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility operations.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building operations, and service delivery practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client, vendors, and facility support teams.
- Manage day-to-day facility operations to ensure service levels and performance expectations are achieved.
- Oversee maintenance programs, facility services, and operational activities across the assigned account.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate services, and monitor contractor performance.
- Support and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and operational initiatives.
- Monitor account budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and financial performance.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure operational, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Review service metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance facility performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports, business reviews, and account updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
- Support emergency response activities and coordinate resolution of critical facility issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
