Job Description: Associate Account Executive, Real Estate

Location: Hybrid in Nassau County, Long Island, NY

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to navigate insurance and brokering processes effectively.
• Utilize EPIC for account management and maintain accurate records.
• Support producers with client interactions and administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must hold a NY P&C Broker’s License or be willing to obtain one within 6 months.
• More than a basic understanding of insurance and brokering processes.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
• College degree required.
• Experience in real estate or construction preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with some longevity at one firm.
• Experience assisting an Account Executive or working in a similar role at a smaller firm.
• A strong desire to advance your career in the insurance industry.
• An insurance designation is a plus but not required.
