Role Description
This is full-time role for an administrative assistant in a BUSY real estate office. Assist in the day-to-day operations of real estate activities, schedule appointments, handle paperwork, and support real estate agents with administrative tasks.

· Excellent organizational skills
· Time management skills – ability to multi task
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Basic knowledge of real estate industry a must
· Ability to learn new tech/online platforms
· Proficiency with administrative tasks and documentation
· Social media, Canva experience is a must
· High school diploma or equivalent; Real Estate experience is preferred
