We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily finance operations in a fast‑paced private aviation environment. This role focuses on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer communication.
What You’ll Do
- Enter charter flight AR and operating expense AP invoices in AvSight
- Reconcile trip expenses for owner and charter flights
- Post customer payments and manage invoice reconciliation
- Communicate with customers regarding billing, statements, and payments
- Support customer and vendor email correspondence
- Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2‑year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of AR/AP experience with customer interaction
- Strong communication, organization, and reconciliation skills
- Experience with automated accounting systems; basic Excel required
- Familiarity with AvSight, JetInsight, or Salesforce a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
