Senior Manager of Finance
Compensation: $170-$190K plus bonus

Role Summary
The Senior Manager of Finance serves as a strategic finance partner to business leadership, providing deep insight into financial performance and operational drivers. This role goes beyond reporting, focusing on understanding what is happening in the business, why it is happening, and how financial insights can guide profitable growth and improved performance.
In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while partnering closely with sales, operations, supply chain, product, and accounting teams. You will play a critical role in P and L management, working capital visibility, and decision support that directly influences business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across the business unit
• Support annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and long range strategic planning activities
• Own and analyze P and L performance, including revenue, margin, operating expenses, and profitability drivers
• Provide actionable insight into sales, orders, backlog, inventory, working capital, cash flow, and operational performance
• Partner cross functionally to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align forecasts with business plans
• Prepare executive level reports, dashboards, and performance commentary for senior leadership
• Analyze month end results, identify variances, and clearly communicate key drivers and risks
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business visibility
Key Requirements
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in finance, FP and A, commercial finance, or business finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong experience supporting or owning P and L performance within a complex business environment
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, building products, distribution, automation, or technology enabled hardware strongly preferred
• Proven experience analyzing working capital, cash flow, inventory, backlog, sales orders, and margins
• Hands on experience working in SAP environments with strong data integrity and process discipline
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building models and executive level reporting
• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics and dashboarding tools preferred
• Clear communicator with the ability to translate financial data for non finance leaders
• Strong business partnering, analytical, and problem solving skills in matrixed environments
