What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to set up client billing accurately, including purchase orders, invoice frequency, and pricing details.
- Partner with account management to procure and oversee client purchase orders.
- Work alongside Technical Services to identify new items and develop corresponding pricing.
- Prepare and review client invoices, ensuring correctness and prompt delivery in line with contractual agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer price schedules to support accurate billing.
- Coordinate with account management and project teams to create pricing structures for new services, products, and wastes in line with sales strategies.
- Liaise with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist the Raleigh Technical Services team with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and answering phone inquiries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving prowess to handle billing issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capacity to sit for extended periods working on a computer.
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Reliable transportation to commute to work.
