Business Development Manager responsibilities:

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Actively hunt, prospect and secure new customers within an assigned U.S. territory
- Disrupt incumbent carriers by selling premium service over lowest price
- Build and convert pipeline through cold outreach, referrals and relationship development
- Own new accounts through onboarding and early stabilization
- Expand volume and wallet share within newly won customers
- Drive consistent revenue growth and opportunity flow
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage, pipeline accuracy and activity cadence
- 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling into construction, agriculture, equipment or industrial customers
- A proven hunter mentality with comfort prospecting without provided leads
- Strong value based selling, negotiation and influence skills
- High resilience, organization and self discipline in a remote, territory based role
- Confidence operating independently and owning results end to end
- Base salary of approximately $90,000 USD with on target earnings around $130,000
- Commission tied directly to revenue growth
- Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance
- Healthcare allowance or subsidy
- Four weeks vacation, depending on experience
