Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY for an Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key duties include team leadership, implementing service standards, monitoring inventory, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with team members and management to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and supervise employees effectively
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and hospitality best practices
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills to address guest inquiries and concerns
- Organizational and time management abilities for overseeing multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry

Compensation
$80-$85k Bonus
