Role Description

Olio e Piu is seeking a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in New York, NY. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with various departments, enforcing operational policies, and fostering employee development. The role also involves driving sales, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including ability to mentor, coach, and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Expertise in operational management, including hospitality processes, service standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships with team members, guests, and local communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry as a General Manager or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and a keen eye for detail.

Compensation

$100-$110k/year Bonus
