Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. The Multi-Unit Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and implementing operational policies. Additionally, this position will focus on coordinating cross-location strategies, mentoring management teams, and enhancing customer experiences.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multi-unit operations.
• Operational expertise in budgets, staffing, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills to foster collaboration across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a proven ability to implement and maintain compliance.
• Experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industries is required.
• Ability to develop customer satisfaction strategies to enhance guest experience and maintain high service standards.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and profitability.

Compensation

$120-$150k bonus benefits
