Area Manager – Tony’s Tacos
Position Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership of 3 Tony’s Tacos locations. This role ensures each store is executing at a high level across sales, labor, food quality, and guest experience while developing strong store managers and maintaining Tony’s culture.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance across all assigned locations
- Monitor and manage labor %, food cost, and overall P&L performance
- Ensure all stores meet Tony’s standards for speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality
- Identify issues quickly and take action to fix them
People & Leadership
- Hire, train, and develop Store Managers and leadership teams
- Hold managers accountable to performance, standards, and culture
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Build a strong bench of future leaders
Training & Systems
- Ensure proper execution of all Tony’s systems, processes, and SOPs
- Lead rollouts of new initiatives, promotions, and store openings
- Maintain consistency across all locations
Guest Experience
- Ensure every store delivers a top-tier guest experience
- Monitor and improve online reviews and customer feedback
- Resolve escalated guest issues when needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years managing multiple restaurant locations (fast casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of restaurant financials (labor, COGS, P&L)
- Hands-on, problem-solver mentality
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between locations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
