We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: $90-$95 Hourly W2
- Demonstrate deep expertise in U.S. payroll tax laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance across multi-state operations
- Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to manage payroll tax processes, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate, timely reporting to government agencies
- Monitor and execute end-to-end payroll tax activities, including filings, deposits, and compliance reporting in partnership with third-party providers (e.g., ADP Tax Services)
- Research and interpret federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations; communicate changes and recommend process improvements to maintain compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of payroll tax experience with strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes
- Expertise in federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Must have the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
