Job Description:
- Pay: $85-$90/hour to start
- Duration: 12-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Overview:
- Lead end-to-end procurement integration efforts for M&A transactions, translating deal strategy into actionable execution plans to ensure seamless continuity across suppliers, contracts, and payment processes. Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Accounts Payable to design scalable workflows, align stakeholders, and maintain operational stability from Day 1 through post-integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own procurement integration planning and execution, including development of timelines, workflows, and governance structures to ensure uninterrupted supplier operations and payment continuity
- Design and implement end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including both interim and steady-state models, while aligning stakeholders on roles, approvals, and decision frameworks
- Manage supplier and contract transitions by coordinating system integrations (e.g., SAP, Ariba), mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance, data integrity, and business continuity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 8 years of experience in procurement, finance, or related functions
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs; M&A integration experience required
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes
- Hands-on experience with procurement and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, NetSuite, contract lifecycle tools)
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, workflows, and actionable decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
