Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Tax Consultant with strong knowledge of US payroll tax laws and compliance. The role involves managing payroll tax activities, handling agency notices, ensuring accurate filings, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers like ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Handle tax notices, filings, deposits, and reconciliations
- Analyze payroll data for tax accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with teams and resolve employee payroll tax queries
- Support audits, quarter balancing, and year-end activities
- Work with ADP and Workday payroll systems
- Maintain internal controls and ensure timely tax reporting
Required Skills:
- 2 years of US payroll tax experience
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
- Experience with ADP & Workday
- Strong Excel skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
