Pay: $27.86 Hourly W2

Hybrid: 2 Days onsite per week

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description: $27.86 Hourly W2

• We are seeking a motivated NOC Technician / Network Support Specialist to support and maintain network infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
• This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network connectivity and hardware issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a NOC environment.
• Troubleshoot IP network connectivity issues across enterprise environments.
• Diagnose and resolve service and hardware issues involving: Routers, Switches, Servers, Terminal devices, and Endpoints.
• Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week, Shift, Wednesday-Saturday 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM CST.
  
  

Required:

• Candidate must have the ability work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 1 year of hands-on experience troubleshooting IP network connectivity and resolving hardware and service-related network issues.
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as VPN, BGP, MPLS, or SIP.
