The Fountain Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a prominent client in Framingham, MA. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite attendance two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and offers the chance to support senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to senior leaders and their teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating calendars, arranging travel, processing expenses, organizing meetings, and supporting a variety of administrative functions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for leadership team members.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and assist with expense tracking.
- Organize meetings, including room reservations, catering, agendas, and follow-up activities.
- Support training sessions, conferences, and special events through logistical coordination.
- Maintain files, records, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation.
- Print, compile, and distribute reports in a timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for home office meetings and business sessions.
- Assist with timekeeping and administrative reporting activities.
- Collaborate with and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants as needed.
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience supporting managers, directors, or leadership teams.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and processing expenses.
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a large corporate environment.
- Experience supporting executives, directors, or vice presidents.
- Familiarity with coordinating cross-functional or international meetings.
