Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) – Framingham, MA


The Fountain Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a prominent client in Framingham, MA. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite attendance two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and offers the chance to support senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment.


Position Details

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
  • Duration: 7-Month Contract
  • Pay Rate: $26.70 - $27.62 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
  • Start Date: ASAP


Position Overview


We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to senior leaders and their teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating calendars, arranging travel, processing expenses, organizing meetings, and supporting a variety of administrative functions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for leadership team members.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Process expense reports and assist with expense tracking.
  • Organize meetings, including room reservations, catering, agendas, and follow-up activities.
  • Support training sessions, conferences, and special events through logistical coordination.
  • Maintain files, records, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation.
  • Print, compile, and distribute reports in a timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for home office meetings and business sessions.
  • Assist with timekeeping and administrative reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants as needed.
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience supporting managers, directors, or leadership teams.
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and processing expenses.
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Word
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a large corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting executives, directors, or vice presidents.
  • Familiarity with coordinating cross-functional or international meetings.
