Remote Position - Must be able to support Tucson business hours as needed.
Pay: $44.81-$50.32/hour. W2 only. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Duration: 10 months with extensions/conversion based on client need and performance.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Contracts Management Team with contract redlining, process flow, and execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Track the contract lifecycle and renewals to align with the long-term development of the team's operational standards.
Qualifications:
Experience With Conga CPQ And Conga CLM Is Required.
Previous experience redlining contracts and performing contract oversight is required.
2-4 years of professional experience in a legal or corporate contract management operations environment is required.
Exposure to Salesforce is preferred.
Certification in paralegal studies is preferred.
