Pay Rate: $49.00- $51.82/hr

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to support a client’s Contracts Management Team. This role will assist with contract drafting, redlining, workflow coordination, execution, and document tracking while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support drafting, redlining, and administrative execution of agreements.
- Maintain contract organization and data integrity within Salesforce.
- Execute contract-related tasks in Conga CPQ and CLM to support the sales-to-signature workflow.
- Track, categorize, and maintain executed documents in a centralized contract database.
- Assist with contract lifecycle tracking, renewals, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in contract management, legal administration, legal operations, or sales operations.
- 1–2 years of recent experience with Conga and Salesforce environments, including CPQ and CLM.
- Experience with contract drafting workflows, cart creation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Corporate contract experience preferred.
- No degree required.
- ABA Paralegal Certification preferred.
