We’re working with a well-established contractor in the Carolinas looking to appoint a Regional Director to lead and grow a $30M operation.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with full ownership — overseeing financial performance, leading a high-performing team, and driving client relationships across multiple projects.
The Role
- Full P&L responsibility for a $30M division
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ~20 (PMs, site teams, support staff)
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through delivery
- Drive operational performance, commercial outcomes, and growth strategy
What They’re Looking For
- Background with a General Contractor (GC)
- Currently operating at Senior Project Manager or Project Executive level
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction
- Comfortable managing:
- Change orders
- Cost-to-complete
- Client relationships
- Looking to step into a broader leadership role with real ownership
